Annabel Linquist’s layered, "graphical charms" reveal deeper dimensions of intention: To conjure and celebrate true love by exploring the ability of the brain to rewire itself with its own thoughts. Linquist's slightly muted fluorescent hues laced with gold and dripped like icing over a dead flat, matte surface arouse the electric emotions of an 80’s dance party — the one where you slow danced for the first time with your crush.
Linquist has a double Masters from Parsons School of Design (NY, NY) and has been included in solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally including New Museum in New York. Her most recent creative undertaking is Bel HQ X Charmogram, a gallery in the heart of Marfa, TX.
